If you are seriously considering FFS I strongly recommend you join FFS-Support. Here you will find everything from advice on the best foods to eat after jaw recontouring to philosophical debates on the beauty-versus-femininity dilemma. There are nearly 2000 members at every stage of the FFS journey and I believe FFS-Support to be the single most valuable resource we have.

 

I mentioned as one of my promises that this site is completely independent and is not associated in any way with any FFS surgeon. I therefore will not provide any direct links to them. The best way to find the right surgeon is once again through FFS-Support. They have full contact details for all the top surgeons and will be able to help you decide which one best suits your needs. If someone asks me which surgeon they should go to I will try to advise them as best I can but it will to some extent be a personal opinion based on who I would choose for myself.
