The
Gallery Transsexuals are understandably cautious
about their pictures appearing on the internet so I do not publish any
pictures of my actual clients. Instead I have created this page of virtual
FFS on celebrities to show you some more examples of what I can do. Remember, this is not a computer game
in which men are made to look like women; it is an attempt to illustrate how
much a male face can be feminised using modern surgical techniques. The
effects can be subtle and limited but they are often enough to make a huge
difference to a transsexual’s passability. Please
note that the pictures on this website are high resolution and may take a
little longer than average to download. Also, some AOL customers have had trouble viewing the pictures on this page for
reasons I do not fully understand. If this happens to you, let me know and I
can email them to you. Keanu
Reeves
Procedures performed were: scalp advance; forehead recontouring;
eyebrow lift; narrowing along the bridge of the nose and at the nostrils;
upper lip lift; the chin shortened and recontoured and the jaw has been
narrowed. I also narrowed Keanu’s neck a little to simulate muscle loss from
HRT and I’ve reduced his slight beard shadow while adding a little touch of
eyeliner. I think Keanu would make a gorgeous
woman. Notice just how subtle the procedures are. His brow bossing is fairly
mild and he already has full lips. Johnny
Depp
Procedures performed were: scalp advance; forehead recontouring;
eyebrow lift; I’ve made his nose a little smaller and slightly concave in
profile; upper lip lift; the angles of his jaw reduced; his chin recontoured
to a single feminine point and I’ve removed his adam’s apple. Johnny, like Keanu, makes a beautiful
woman but he needed more aggressive work to accomplish the task. In the third
picture you can see how well the addition of a little make-up enhances his
FFS. Leonardo
di Caprio
Procedures performed were: Scalp advance; brow recontouring; brow
lift; slight narrowing of the jaw angles and I’ve done some subtle
recontouring and vertical height reduction to the chin. Leo needs very little help to pass
for female – the brow recontouring and eyebrow lift make the key difference.
In the third picture I’ve added longer hair and a little make-up which again
illustrates what a difference it makes to put the changes in a more feminine
context. Kate
Winslet
Here’s some FFS in reverse! Procedures performed were: Raising of the hairline; brow bossing
increase; eyebrow lowering and thickening; cheek bone flattening; top lip
lowering; lip reduction; jaw widening; chin height increase; I’ve also
widened and squared off the base of the chin and added a slight vertical
cleft. I’ve learnt a lot by doing the
occasional reverse FFS. Kate needs fairly aggressive adjustments to look
masculine even though she already has a relatively large nose and a fairly
strong brow-ridge for a woman. I’ve managed to remove most of her make up and
add a little beard shadow - I think she has come out looking like an eighties
pop star! Nadia
Almada
Procedures performed were: Forehead recontouring; jaw and chin
reduction. Many people would say that a
transsexual woman as gorgeous and passable as Nadia does not need any
feminisation surgery but is quite common even for those who look as good as
her to want to remove any possible signs of their physical past so I thought
she would be a useful addition to the gallery. As you can see the adjustments are
subtle but effective. Eddie
Izzard
Procedures performed were: Scalp advance, forehead recontouring,
a strong brow lift, lower blepharoplasty to reduce the bags under his eyes,
nose narrowing, upper lip lift, aggressive chin and jaw reduction. The brilliant comedian and actor
needs some fairly aggressive work to achieve his feminine potential. I think
he also illustrates how FFS tends to make you look younger. The jaw and chin
need particularly aggressive work and that’s likely to leave the soft tissues
in that area a little loose so a lower face lift would probably be necessary
afterwards to tighten things up. |
